Job Title: BI Data Analyst

Job Duties: S9 Technologies Inc. is seeking BI Data Analyst to gather requirements, perform requirements analysis, and ensure successful implementation of business solutions. Create and implement BI software and systems, including integration with databases and data warehousing. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Build and maintain data models to ensure the accuracy and relevancy of the data. Manage database performance, security, and integrity. Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present complex data in an understandable and actionable format. Deep dive into data warehouse to understand how data flows and be able to build ad hoc reports as needed to support business. Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources into a usable form for business analysis. Perform regular maintenance and updates to existing BI solutions to enhance functionality and incorporate new data sources or analytics capabilities. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the data used for analysis. Implement data governance policies and practices.

Require:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Power BI Certification.
  • 5+ years’ experience with BI tools and Database software such as SAP or Power BI, Advanced Excel, Tableau, Python, SAP BI, MS SQL, Oracle SQL, MY SQL; ETL tools and processes. 3+ years’ experience in cloud experience.

The position requires frequent travel to client sites at various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Fulltime, 40 hours/week.

Job Title: Sr. Systems Engineer

Job Duties: S9 Technologies Inc. is seeking Sr. Systems Engineer to Test/certify NG-911 PSAP software and hardware. Test updates and new releases from E-911 software vendors for existing functionality and validity of new features of fixes. Test legacy (CAMA, POTS, PRI) and ESINet call handling and integration with third party systems. Assist “Advanced Technical Services” team on the field to troubleshoot issues experienced by PSAP customers/attempt to troubleshoot and remediate in a lab environment. Troubleshoot issues with systems including network, databases and software malfunctions. Decode logs and debug/trace files to determine root cause of problems experienced. Develop and enhance test plans to ensure software defects are detected before applications are deployed in the field. Assist with ESINet certification testing on Comtech and West platforms. Manage 7 independent systems including: 40 Dell and HP servers running Windows 2008-2016, RedHat Linus, and Proxmox VM host, 18 HP workstations and custom blade workstations running Windows 7-10, 12 Cisco & HP switches, 5 Cisco routers, and 2 Cisco ASA 5506s.

Require:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Networking, Computer Engineering, or a closely related Engineering field.
